  - No charge for child below 12 shring room with parents without extra bed (room only)
  - Compulsory ABF for child below 12 years without extra bed will be charged at 175 Baht

  - Family Suite Garden View and Family Suite Sea View rates are for 3 pax inclusive of ABF
  - Rates are not applicable for Internet
