• The above rates are per room per night, and are net inclusive of full buffet breakfast and for one or two occupancies, execpt for Santhiya Grand Villa, rates are for one to four occupancies.
• Extra person will be using the provided sofa-bed and will not be charged for accommodation.
  However, the extra person will be charged for full buffet breakfast rate below.
• The maximum occupancy for any type of accommodation is three, except for Santhiya Grand Villa, the maximum occupancy is six.
• The above rates include a complimentary roundtrip transfer service from Koh Samui to Santhiya Resort & Spa and from Santhiya Resort & Spa to Koh Samui by Santhiya Speed Boat
  (except in adverse veather conditions, when transfers will be by Ferry or Catamaran and Santhiya Automobile).

• Child rates will be applied to children aged between 4-12 years old. Children up to 3 years old will not be charged.

• Transfers time may be varied by 15 minutes depend on weather condition.
• In the eventuality of adverse weather conditions, transfers will be done by Ferry or Catamaran and Santhiya Automobile. The schedule will be depended on local operators and safety concern.
• The schedules are subjected to change without prior notice and Santhiya shall not be entitled to any responsibility for any delay.
