Our objective is to ideally blend a high, international level of quality with traditional Thai hospitality, renowned for its emphasis on pampering and nurturing, to enhance the total spa experience. Our treatment services are designed to maximize benefit for our customers to the fullest. Our innovative concepts in spa packages are known as Thai, Harmony, Purity and Energy. Each consists of a unique combination of treatments designed for a specific experience and to bring about a comforting sense of well-being and equilibrium.

Imperial Spa is committed to constantly developing and improving our massage techniques and treatments through training and continuing education to ensure that our therapists maintain the highest standard of service in the industry. Imperial spa originally began with a staff of 13 and we have since expanded to a current staff size of 53.

We have been opening spas in the hotels within our group for two years – The Imperial Spa in Samui Island, both at The Imperial Boat House and at the Imperial Samui Hotel. We started Imperial Spa at the Imperial Mae Ping in January 2006 and Imperial Spa at The Imperial Queen's Park Hotel in March, 2007. We also commenced operation of our new acrylic nail services and pedicure/manicure services called the “Nail Studio” in June, 2006 at The Imperial Queen's Park Hotel, Bangkok.

What to wear
Wear whatever you feel comfortable in. Bathrobes and slippers are provided in your private spa suite. You may wish to wear your own underwear or we can provide you with hygienic disposable briefs. Alternatively, treatment may be enjoyed without clothes. Choose what is most comfortable for you. Our therapists will always use draping techniques to respect your privacy.

Arrival Time
Please arrive 15 minutes before your schedule time to check in and change.

The best Treatment
Our Spa Manager and Receptionist will be able to assist you to plan the best spa program that suits your needs.
Cancellations
The treatments you select are reserved especially for you. A 50% charge will be collected for treatments not cancelled four hours in advance.

Late Arrivals
Arriving late will limit the time of your treatments. Your treatments will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. However, if no guest follows your booking, you can enjoy the full duration of your treatment time.

Special Health considerations
Please notify our Spa Manager or Receptionist before selecting your treatments if you have high blood pressure, allergies physical ailments, disabilities, or if you are pregnant.

Personal Preferences
Definitely, this is your time and you should enjoy the experience to the fullest. Whether it is the room temperature, massage pressure or the volume of the piped-in music, please do not hesitate to ask our therapists to adjust them to your comfort levels

Jewelry and Valuables
It is best to leave these personal valuables in you room safe. But if you happen to be wearing them when you get to the spa, a safe deposit box is provided.

Should men shave before facial treatments
It is recommended that men shave a few hours before their facial appointments, rather than just before.
