• All above rates are nett in Thai Baht inclusive of American breakfast, 10% service charge and 7% VAT.
• In case an extra person requires only a picnic mattress, THB 428/person/night will be charged inclusive of breakfast.

• Public Holidays and Long Weekend:

• All rates do not include the admission fee to Khao Laem Ya – Moo Koh Samed National park (Sai Kaew Beach).

• Pets are not allowed and self-cooking is not permitted in the resort area
