• All above rates are nett in Thai Baht inclusive of American breakfast.
• Rates are applicable to non-residents of Thailand. Thai guests will be subject to 10% surcharge on the rates.
• Rates are not inclusive of boat transfer (THB 200/person) and admission fee to the national park

  - THB 800/room/night for all room types except Standard Room, which will be charged at THB 500/room/night
  - Songkran Festival 12-17 Apr 2012 inclusive: Rates during the Peak Season will be applied.
• Compulsory Gala Dinner: (Inclusive of 1 bottle of champagne/room)
  - New Year's Eve 31 Dec 2011: THB 1,500/person for adults, THB 750/person for children 5-12 years old and free of charge for children below 5 years old.
