Remarks :

All above rates are nett in Thai Baht per room per month subject to 7% VAT and on room only.
Electricity charge is not inclusive at THB 8/unit.
Water supply is free of charge.
All room types are double bed.
Kitchen utensils are provided in all rooms.
American breakfast can be availed at THB 120/person/day subject to 10% service charge.
Towels and other linens are cleaned twice a week.
Two bottles of water and all amenities (e.g. soap and shampoo) are provided on the arrival date only.
An extra bill spending will be collected in every 10 days.
The security deposit of THB 10,000 and one month advance rental fee are required prior to checking in. Any damage incurred to hotel properties in the rented until will be deducted from the deposit.
Peak Season Surcharge: An additional charge of THB 4,000/room will be applied for bookings on December or January, except those staying more than 2 months.
Child Policy: One child under12 years old sharing room with parents and using existing bedding id free of charge. Baby cot is free of charge.
Extension Night:
- This rate is for long-term stay guests whose stay exceeds their monthly or yearly contract, and not the normal daily room rate.
- Electricity charge is not included in the rate.
