All above rates are nett in Thai Baht inclusive of American breakfast, 10% service charge, and 7% VAT.
Minimum 5 nights stay is required for bookings during the Peak Season ( 20 Dec 2009 - 10 Jan 2010 ).
Rate for Beach House is applicable for maximum of 6 persons per unit, inclusive of ABF.
Maximum 1 extra bed/mattress per room only.
Child Policy:
- Child under 3 years old sharing room with parents and using existing bedding is free of charge.

- Check In: 2:00 p.m.
- Check Out: 12:00 noon
- Check in prior to 1:00 p.m. is subject to room availability
- Rooms used until 6:00 p.m. will be charged 50% of the room rate.
- Rooms used after 6:00 p.m. will be charged the full room rate.
Special Offer for Families : One child under 8 years old sharing room with parents and using existing bedding without ABF is free of charge. A 15% discount can be provided for a second room for children (except Peak Season).
Beach House is a 2-storey house, the customer can have a two choices of accommodation on either the 1st or 2nd floor, in each floor consist with 2-Bedroom (one double bed & one twin bed) a kitchen and lounge.

Accommodations

SriLanta comprises 48 one-room, thatched villas, built on a hillside overlooking the communal resort facilities at the beachfont. There 3 types of villas:
Star Path, 3 villas with veranda, on which there is a gazebo and bathtub, providing sea view;
Veranda, 21 villas with balcony, providing garden/mountain view.
Cottage, 24 standard villas with garden/mountain view.
Villas include air-conditioning, warm/cold water shower, refrigerator, telephone, twin or double beds with futon and partialy open air bathrooms.

Restaurant and bar

Surya Chandra Restaurant has 60 indoor and 40 outdoor seats, are features Thai and International cuisine. The Chedi Beach Bar is the resort's nighttime chill-out bar.
Built completely from wood and grass, the Surya Chandra Restaurant(named after the Hindu Gods of the Sun and the Moon) is unique in architecture. Entire trees form the structure that supports the thatches roof 13 meters overhead. The restaurant offers Thai specialties as well as Western dishes.

Location

The boutique resort SriLanta is located on the west coast of the island of Koh Lanta Yai, occuping 12 acres of landscaped hillside and beachfront by the Andaman Sea. The island is part of Krabi province in southwest Thailand and is located approx. 75 km south of Krabi city.
