Remark :

• All above rates are nett in Thai Baht inclusive of American breakfast, 10% service charge and 7% VAT. rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Guests who stay in Railay Garden Pool Villas are entitled to roundtrip transfer service to/from Krabi International Airport.
• Guests who stay in Railay Suite Beach Front and Railay Suite Cottage with minimum 3 consecutive nights are entitled to roundtrip transfer service to/from Krabi International Airport except on Green Season
• Railay Deluxe Cottage and Railay Deluxe Double can accommodate maximum of 2 guests only.
• Child Policy:
  - Children under 4 years old sharing room with parents and using existing bedding are free of charge in bedding and breakfast.
  - Children age 5-9 years old sharing room with parents and using existing bedding are free of charge on room but will be charged breakfast at 50% of the adult rate.
  - Children age 10-12 years old will be required an extra bed.
• Check In & Check Out Time:
  - Check in: 2:00 p.m.
  - Check out: 11:30 a.m.
  - Late departure up to 6:00 p.m. will be charged at 50% of the room rate.
  - Late departure later than 6:00 p.m. will be charged the full room rate.

Superior Cottage:
Superior Cottages are 20 sqm located on the more remote east side of the resort: with a private terrace. They are only available with a king size bed. Bathrooms have a shower only.

Deluxe Cottage:
Deluxe Cottages are located in the middle of the resort with a private balcony offering garden views. Bathrooms have a bathtub and overhead shower. They fitted with a king size bed or 2 single beds
