Remarks:

• All above rates are nett in Thai Baht inclusive of American breakfast, 10% service charge, and 7% VAT. Rates are subject to change without prior notice
• The resort's location is not right on the beach but is located 50 meters, a few minutes walk away from the beach
• The resort does not have a swimming pool
• Only 1 extra bed is allowed in each room, except for Family Villas which can put 2 extra beds
• Child Policy:
  - Extra bed charge for child 3-11 years old is subject to 50% discount from the adult rate
  - Infants under 2 years old are free of charge
  - Child under 12 years old sharing room with parents and using existing bedding is free of charge on room. Compulsory ABF at THB 150/person/day will apply
• Check In & Check Out Time:
  - Check In: After 1:00 p.m.
  - Check Out: 12:00 noon
  - Late check out up to 6:00 p.m. will be charged 50% of the room rate
  - Late check out later than 6:00 p.m. will be charged the full room rate
  - Late check out subject to room availability
