  Cancellation Policy:
  1. Peak Season (15 Dec. 2004 - 10 Jan 2005): Concellation of confirmed bookings less than 30 days prior to check-in date will result in a charge to the Agent of 20% of the Total Net Value of the confirmed booking.
  2. High Season: Cancellation of confirmed bookings less than 10 days prior to the check-in date will result in a charge to the Agent of one nights net rate per room of the confirmed booking.
  3. Low Season: Cancellation of confirmed bookings less than 3 days prior to the check-in date will result in a charge to the Agent of one nights net rate per room of the confirmed booking
  

  

Check-in/Late Check-out :

• Check-in time is 13:00. Early check-in is subject to availability of guest's room.
• Late check-out until 18:00 will be charged 50% of total room rate for that period and is subject to prior approval from Resort's Front Office and Reservation Manager.
• After 18:00, guest will be charged 100% of the room rate.

Extra Bed Conditions:

• Third person in room, 12 years and older, extra bed mandatory.
• Third person in room, 7-11 years old, extra mattress or bed mandatory.
• Third person in room, 6 years and less, baby cot available on request(free).
• Extra Bed rate includes Breakfast for one adult or two children under 12 years old.
