Beach Club Restaurants

The hub of village social life is the centrally located Beach Club.

The stylish open concept restaurant here offers a delicious range of International and Thai dishes from a menu the chef changes regularly to ensure there will always be new and pleasant surprises waiting for you.

A great place for a fantastic meal or a quiet drink by the sea with friends and neighbours.

In the works are the beach pool bar and other eateries, including the planned Marina Restaurant & Bar.

Communal Pools

There are several pleasant settings in the village to enjoy a swim and a bit of sunbathing with communal pools open to the residents and guests. The biggest is the 40-metre infinity pool near the Beach Club, as well as one near the marina.

Under construction are additional pools behind the beach club as well as the huge saltwater swimming lagoon.

Watersport Centre

The future plans include a Watersport Centre, where you and the family can enjoy exciting water-borne activities from speed-boating, waterskiing, boogie boarding, snorkelling, sailing and more on the calm seas surrounding the Siam Royal View village, including equipment and instruction.

Sports Facilities

You can enjoy plenty of exercise and fun from the varied sports facilities in the Siam Royal View Koh Chang Village, with a fully equipped gym, a 40-metre swimming pool, jogging trails, and other envisioned facilities.

Salt Water Swimming Lagoon

Currently under construction is Southeast Asia's largest manmade saltwater lagoon with a large central island, and fringed with villas. The lagoon is constantly fed with fresh sea water pumped in from the nearby ocean.

Keep an eye on the kids as you sip a cool drink on your own veranda, or enjoy a swim in the warm salt water at day, or even more special, at night.

Marina

The perfect base for exploring the 50+ pristine islands of the Chang archipelago, the Trat river, or even nearby Cambodia, the Siam Royal View Marina is presently under construction.

The only full-service private marina within a radius of 200 km, tucked away down a wide and easy access river behind a naturally protected harbour — so your precious craft is safe from any heavy weather.

The Marina features floating docks for yachts up to 60 feet, all with electricity and water hook-ups, and also offers dry dock facilities for smaller boats. Low-rise condos and luxury villas are available here for those who prefer to spend some time on dry land.

It is only a few short steps from your dock or residence to the Marina Restaurant and Bar, for a quiet drink with your fellow yachtsmen.

Koh Chang Marina

The only facility of its class for a 200 km radius, the Siam Royal View Marina on Koh Chang opens up the Eastern seaboard and Gulf of Thailand to fantastic boating pleasures.

Well sheltered from the open sea in a bend of the Son River, the Marina offers 75 berth spaces from 10 to 20 metres, and deep water buoy mooring for boats over 65 feet.

The location is perfect for exploring the Koh Chang archipelago with its roughly 60 islands, good winds and excellent snorkeling and diving sites. The adventurous can also explore the pristine Cambodian coast nearby.

For those who wish to drop anchor and put their feet up on dry land, luxury condo units are available alongside world-class facilities with professional marina management, boat maintenance, rescue services, training as well as a marina restaurant and bar.

The site is located on the same stretch of land as Siam Royal View's luxurious Koh Chang Island Estates, with access to its extensive facilities including fitness centre, huge pool, swimming lagoon, and Beach Club restaurant and bar.

Marina Facilities

The Marina basin provides moorings for 75 boats ranging from 8 - 22 meters in size.

The Project also includes two structurally completed buildings on stilts which are intended to serve as a Restaurant and a Bar overlooking the Marina and the River with interconnecting wooden terraces.

The entire area is nestled between the river, hills and the Siam Royal View property development, providing absolute security and a unique tranquil setting surrounded by lush nature.

The Marina also features a Dry Berth area with hard stands for more than 40 boats, Dry Stack places for up to 48 boats up to 30 foot in length and 60 further Rack places for small boats and personal water craft up to 3 meters in length.

The facility has a 6 m wide trailer ramp and a fork-lift apron of the same width. The canal leading to the facility has been excavated and the Dry Berths are operational as of today accommodating a small number of craft.
