Remarks :

• All above rates are nett in Thai Baht inclusive of American breakfast, 10% service charge and 7% VAT. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Child Policy:
  - Children under 12 years old sharing room with parents and using existing bedding will be charged compulsory breakfast at THB 150/person/meal.
• Check In & Check Out Time:
  - Check out: 12:00 noon
  - Any room used from 12:00 noon to 6:00 p.m. during departure date will be charged 50% of the room rate.
  - Any room used after 6:00 p.m. will be charged at the full room rate.
• Room Configuration:
  - Bali Bungalow and Thai Twin House are equipped with either 1 King-size bed or 2 Twin beds. The rates displayed are per room per night.
  - 1 extra bed is allowed in the Thai Twin House.
  - 2 extra beds are allowed in the Bali Bungalow.
  - Maximum of 4 adults in Bali Bungalow and 3 adults in Thai Twin House.
• Rates inclusive of:
  - Free use of sea kayak
  - Snorkeling equipment
  - Bicycles
  - Free use of swimming pool
  - Jacuzzi (Thai Twin House and Thai Family House)
