At the Hideaway, open air dining can be romantic, private and unique. Breakfast in the living room of your villa, or lunch al fresco over at the Beach Restaurant - the settings are as memorable as the cuisine.

Guests at Evason Hideaway also have the choice of several dining alternatives at the adjacent Evason Resort, at which they also enjoy signing privileges.

The Beach Restaurant

An open-air restaurant right by the seashore with a show kitchen and traditional wood-fired oven. The Beach Restaurant serves Mediterranean cuisine, using only fresh ingredients, many from our own gardens. Open for Breakfast, lunch and dinner, an a la carte menus and a view out to the Gulf of Siam.

Villa Dining

we are delighted to offer all of our guests the chance to sample our truly unforgettable Villa Dining experience.

Dine in privacy on your terrace and enjoy the peaceful secluded atmosphere. For the true romantic, surprise your loved one and organise a champagne breakfast delivered to your terrace. Perfect for honeymooners and those couples having a second honeymoon. For an alternative at lunch, let us arrange a picnic or a sumptuous feast in your own garden. Indulge in a specially prepared dinner. For villa dining with a difference, a Villa BBQ brings a new meaning to dining beneath the stars. You have your own private chef and waiter, with when combined with natural environment, creates a luxurious private dining experience.

Villa Dining is available 24 hours and offers a variety of home-style dishes plus light snacks. The Villa BBQ experience is arranged through guest relations or your pool villa butler the day prior.

The Living Room

The Living Room offers al fresco options for those who prefer to dine in the balmy tropical air overlooking splendid lotus ponds. Evason Hideaway Hua Hin has developed a light lunch menu of extremely high standard. The style is to serve yourself, thus enhance the relaxed nature and presentation, giving guests the opportunity to set their own pace and try a little of everything. The concept is an international deli experience with a variety of cold meats, sashimi, sushi, salads, pasta and barbeque items cooked to order.

For dinner, there is a Table d’Hote concept, where our chef prepares a daily selection of Asian and Western dishes freshly choosen from the daily market selection.

The Bar

This is an elegantly designed bar attached to the Living Room, set within a Sala garden terrace.It is the perfect setting for a refreshing drink or an old-fashioned cocktail. The bar is open daily,until the last guest leaves. During the course of the day we offer a menu of tempting dishes in The Bar.

The Wine Cellar

Alongside the Living Room, Evason Hideaway Hua Hin features a Wine Cellar. To compliment the dining options we offer a wine list with an international content that covers many recognised and some unrecognised wine producing countries in both hemispheres. This mixture of new world wines and French classics offers you the opportunity to fulfill your dining experience despite both cultural and climatic challenges.

Six Senses Spa

The holistic Six Senses Spa provides a truly relaxing and revitalizing experience and offers therapeutic treatments to rejuvenate the senses.

Located adjacent to the Evason Hideaway, the luxuriously appointed Six Senses Spa presents creative d้cor and top standards in spa design. Inside the spa, there are four treatment rooms; four steam rooms, with a stylish cave room, which includes Meditation classes with our Six Senses Signature teacher, Derrick “Asaf” Gooch. The Hideaway Spa allows guests to experience the spa environment with a comprehensive selection of spa treatments to, awaken their sixth sense.

Because the pool villas at Evason Hideaway are so spacious, we are truly making a unique Hideaway experience by offering in-room treatments for guests that wish to stay within their private villas. On offer is a variety of Six Senses Signature treatments. Guests may choose to have treatments within the air conditioned villa or in their poolside sala. This is an unforgettable experience.
