Rent car :
- Inbound area (go to Chiangmai city or plain area) only 1,500 Baht (non pretrol) per day (9 hour) extra a time 150 Baht per hour.
- Outbound area (go out Chiangmai city or go to higher mountain) for 1,500-2,000 Baht (non pretrol) per day (9 hour) extra a time 150-200 Baht per hour.
Except December 31 will be plus Gala Dinner 500 Baht and Breakfast 100 Baht for Person on January 01.

		One and half storey elevated house for 40 person 10,000 Baht/day (meal not included) Two first level rooms for 10 person/room, Including toilet and bathroom. First level living room includes fire-place, TV, refrigerator ,two toilets and Bathroom. Two under-roof rooms for 10 person/room.
MOUNTAIN HOUSE
		One and half storey elevated log cabin house for 20 persons 5,000 Baht/day (meals not included). Two first level room for 6 persons/room, each one including toilet and Bathroom. One under-roof room for 8 person, including toilet and Bathroom. Living room includes fire-place, TV. refrigerator.
SKY HOUSE
		One and half storey log cabin house for 20 persons 5,000 Baht/day (meals not included) One ground level room with toilet and bathroom for 8 persons One ground level room with toilet and bathroom for 2 persons One under-roof room for 12 person Living room includes fire-place, TV. refrigerator. toilet and bathroom.
STREAM HOUSE
		Two-storeyed house with 5 rooms on each floor and 2 persons per room 1,500 Baht/day/room (Breakfast included). Room furnished with either double bed or twin bed, TV, refrigerator. toilet and bathroom.
JUNGLE HOUSE
