Monthly and Yearly Rates Included :
  • Provisioning of a Welcome Fruit, Tea and Coffee Service.
  • Water supply charge and Electric Charge (not exceeding Baht 2,000.-/month as per meter readings) * Extra charge 5 Baht per unit.
  • A Buffet Breakfast Service.
  • A Daily Maid Services (except Sunday) including towels change two times a week and bed sheets change twice a week.
  • For Monthly contract 1-5 months, security deposit is 1 months plus 1 month of rental with payment in advance.
  • For Monthly contract 6-12 months, security deposit 2 months plus 1 month of rental with payment in advance.
  • Room Rental will be paid in full amount on check in date plus security deposit.
  • Payment can be made by Cash, Credit Card (Visa, Master JCB), Travel Cheque, or Company's cheque payable to "Yellow Ribbon Court Ltd."
  • It is subject to the payment of Baht 5,000 for the reservation fee upon recept of our conformation of room reservation.
