Unique Living
For the ultimate in unique living, each house has been designed with a different character.
Fully furnished and decorated with Thai art, the interiors enjoy all of the comforts one would expect
in a luxury home whilst maintaining the same traditional Thai aesthetics that would have been experienced
when the house was first built. Ranging from 141 sqm - 154 sqm,
the two bedroom houses make great use of the ample luxurious space.
Baan Sombhan features a multi level interior with ensuite bathrooms fitted with a large bathtub
and enclosed shower. Whilst it's easy to relax in any of the rooms,
the perfect setting for a good book or massage is the traditional Thai Sala at Baan Wanwaew.
A private garden offers tranquility and privacy at Baan Kaewmani although each house enjoys views
of the landscaped gardens and swimming pool, which are easily reached by the stairway leading down from the private balcony.

Luxury Space
A sumptuous blend of traditional architecture and contemporary comforts,
the luxury space at Baan Thai has been modernized with sensitivity to create an inspirational living space.
Original teak wood furnishings decorated with fine skills reflect and enhance the traditional Thai aesthetics whilst contemporary additions ensure that the elegance of these buildings is only exceeded by their comfort.
All houses are fully furnished with three well-appointed bedrooms,
luxurious living areas and fitted kitchen as well as other unique features.
Baan Dossiriwongse makes excellent use of the original structure with high ceilings formed by the Thai style roof,
whilst peace and quiet can be sought in the study room. The private pool provides the final touch in resort style living.

Baan M.L. Leon devotes more space to outside living with large balcony featuring a private swimming pool.
Baan Bongsebrahma enjoys similar luxuries and features a private garden and terrace that overlooks

Cultural Living
Like a rare species, the traditional Thai teak home has been disappearing from the streets of Bangkok
to be replaced by concrete houses and apartment buildings. Baan Thai though has remained a well-kept secret,
hidden away down a quiet back street off of Sukhumvit Road it remains an oasis of clam,
emanating history that has slowly evolved since it was built by one of Rama IV's grandsons,
M.R. Bongsebrahma for more than 60 years. Originally constructed as a traditional Thai teak house for his family,
it was designed in a luxurious style by M.R. Bongsebrahma himself and has remained in the family ever since.
Each generation of the family has lovingly restored and added to original houses starting with his daughters,
M.L. Sombhongvdee Wikitseth, M.L Sudavdee Kriangkrai, and more recently his grand children.
In 1965 Baan Thai opened as a restaurant serving fine cuisine with traditional Thai dance performances with guests
such as royalty from Sweden, Denmark and Japan as well as Jackie Kennedy, Tiger Woods and many other celebrities.

The latest chapter in the story of Baan Thai is the renovation of all of the original buildings
with the addition of several teak wood houses from Ayudhya to form luxurious serviced homes.
Re-furbished with sensitivity, the houses are now equipped with modern luxuries such as delightful bathrooms,
fitted kitchens and air-conditioning yet each room retains the traditional Thai ambiance often lost in contemporary design. Beautifully appointed living rooms and bedrooms are decorated with teak wood furniture and Thai silks in keeping
with the traditional surroundings. Other welcome modern additions to this serene setting are
the private and shared swimming pools set amongst the tropical gardens.

Outside, many things have changed with the appearance of shopping malls, sky train and other modern infrastructure in between Thonglor and Phromphong stations which near the Emporium shopping complex and the national park Benjasiri,
yet the tradition and culture of Thailand lives on in this quiet compound.

Services available include Thai traditional massage, relaxing aromatherapy massage with Thai essence products, foot massage, neck, back and shoulder massage.

Membership fee is Baht 6000 per year for massage service only and Baht 20000 for both massage service and use of fitness centre. Members will be entitled to a discount at all hotel’s outlets and other leading shops, restaurants, hospitals and organizations.
