a. Maximum number of occupants is Two(2) people in One-Bedroom or Studio and Four (4) people in Two-Bedroom.
b. Stays for more than one month up, the charge will be based on the pro-rated monthly rate (per calendar month)
c. Minimum stay 1 month is requested. The fully agreed monthly room rental will be automatically charged, even stay less than a month.
d. These special rates shall be provided only for tenant use and are not transferable to other parties, are non-refundable and not exchangeable.
e. Hotel amenities like shampoo, bath gel, etc. not included.
f. The above rates are quoted for Apartment Rental only (excluding daily Breakfast).
g. Frequent Flyer Miles, Golden Circle Benefits, all Shangri-Li loyalty programs, etc. are not applicable for Serviced Apartment Guests.
