Yearly Rates
Remarks :

• All above rates are nett in Thai Baht inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% VAT. Rates are subject to change without prior notice
• Complimentary room cleaning service twice a week, linen change once a week with towel change
• Complimentary shuttle Tuk-Tuk service to Surasak BTS sky train station
• Complimentary fitness center, fully equipped gymnasium, infrared sauna room, outdoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi on top floor
• The above rates are inclusive of electricity for Studio at 100 units/month, One Bedroom at 150 units/month, and Two Bedroom at 250 units/month. Extra charge when over the limit will be at THB 7/unit
• The above rates are inclusive of water supply
• 2 months security deposit plus 1 month advance payment will be required for the yearly lease term

• Child Policy:
  - Child under 12 years old sharing room with parents and using existing bedding is free of charge

  - Shuttle Tuk-Tuk service from Sathorn Grace to nearest sky train station
