Remarks :

• All above rates are nett in Thai Baht inclusive of American breakfast, 5% service charge, and 7% VAT.
• Breakfast inclusions are as follows:
  - For studio or 1-bedroom unit, 2 complimentary daily breakfasts for double occupancy and 1 complimentary daily breakfast for single occupancy.
• Child Policy:
  - Complimentary breakfast for children below 6 years old.
  - Child below 6 years old sharing room with parents and using exiting bedding is free of charge. - Extra bed is required for children 6 years and above.
• Extra Charges:
  - Breakfast: THB 170 / person / day
  - IDD and DDD surcharge: 30% surcharge on local rates

• The maximum number of occupants allowed:
  - Studio Unit: 2 persons (no extra bed allowed)
  - 1-Bedroom Unit: 2 persons + 1 extra bed ( total 3 persons)
