Remarks :

• The above rates are nett in Thai baht inclusive of breakfast, 10% service charge, and 7% VAT.
• Daily rates are inclusive of internet use, utilities, maid service, and in-room continental breakfast.
• Monthly rates are inclusive of internet use, utilities, and maid service only.
• Additional in-room continental breakfast will be charged at THB 250/person.
• Continental breakfast will be served based on number of guests per room, maximum 2 persons for 1-Bedroom and 4 persons for 2-Bedroom.
• Check In & Check Out Time :
  - Check In: before 12:00 noon. Please kindly inform us in advance.
  - Check Out: 12:00 noon
  - Guests can keep the room until 2:00 p.m. without charge after this time will be charge half day rate and charge after this time will be charge half day rate and charge full day rate after 6.00 pm.

  - Transfer between Suvarnabhumi International Airport to Saladaeng Colonade or return. will be charged as follows :

  THB 2,200/car (Max 3 Pax) ROUND-TRIP
  THB 1,600/van (Max 5 Pax) ONE-WAY

For Daily Basis :

- Yearly lease : Two months security deposit plus one month advance rental is required upon arrival.
