Who do I contact if I have a problem with my booking?

Please do not send cancellation or amendment instructions to hotels because they will not be able to amend or issue refunds for these rates are negotiated agent rates, and they may not have any record of your booking as we are allocated rooms by hotels and release guest names to them at a later date.
What security measures do you use to ensure credit card security?
The hotel room reservation process through eHOTELBOOKING is absolutely safe and secure. Our on-line payment system is guaranteed by the Kasikorn Bank using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Your credit card information is sent to the bank which encrypts all your personal and credit card details so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. It means that no one can see your credit card details when you furnish them in your booking form. eHOTELBOOKING will not record any credit card data, hence, guaranteeing no misuse of your credit card. We must say that we have no history of credit card fraud and take the issue of credit card security seriously.
What types of credit card do you accept?
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and Amex credit cards. Sorry, we are unable to accept bank debit cards.
What time can I check-in and check-out?
Check-in time is normally from 2 pm, and check-out time is normally before 12 noon. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to room availability of individual hotels and cannot be guaranteed. Please note that the hotel will do their utmost to accommodate your needs upon arrival. Morning check-in is pretty normal when the hotel is not fully booked. As for late check-out, we advise that during your stay you ask at reception if late check-out is possible.
What is your hotel room cancellation policy?
Hotel room cancellation charges vary because hotels have different cancellation policies. These policies may vary from season to season and cancellation may not be permitted at all, especially during festive or conference periods. We will do our very best to negotiate with the hotel to keep the charges as low as possible. Please note that ehotebooking will charge you 1 room night for each room booked if you cancel before the check-in date. Apart from the cancellation charges, we will also levy an administrative fee of Baht 400 for every cancellation or amendment made.
Can I request an extra bed for my child and will there be extra costs?
Many hotels define children from 2 to 11 years old and generally do not offer extra bed or breakfast options and they normally stay for free in their parent's room using the existing bedding. Children above the age of 11 are considered as adults by the hotel industry and adult charges will apply. If your child needs an extra bed please book a triple room or request for extra bed and extra breakfast. Please note that the policy regarding children varies from hotel to hotel. As for children under 2 years old, they are considered as infants by the hotel industry and free baby cots are normally available upon request.
What is the difference between a Twin room and a Double room?
A twin room has two single beds whereas a double room has only one big bed for 2 persons. Hotels usually have more twins than doubles and if you prefer a double bed, please specify your preference in the booking form and the hotel will do their utmost to accommodate your request. As for triple room it has either 3 single beds or 1 large double bed with 1 single bed for 3 guests.
Can I request for a seaview room or a room on a certain floor?
You may furnish your request in the "Remark" box. Please note that we cannot guarantee that the hotel can meet these requirements. The hotel will do their utmost to accommodate your request.
Can I get a discount?
It is not possible to have any further reductions on the price. Since we already offer highly discounted rates we cannot offer further discounts to guests.
