BOOKING GUIDE

Making a Reservation

Once you have selected your hotel, please click on the ''Click to Book'' button to display the hotel booking form. Complete it and send the booking form by clicking the ''Send'' button located at the end of the form. We will contact your chosen hotel to confirm your reservation and will reply you within 24 hours.

As for hotels with instant booking, just complete the booking form together with your email address and your credit card details. As soon as our bank has processed your payment we will send you the Hotel Voucher by e-mail. Please print-out the voucher and present it to the hotel reception upon check-in. Do not panic if you do not have a printer because the hotel has your booking details and will normally require only your passport when you check-in. But do note down the Reference Number printed in your Hotel Voucher.

If you need to reserve more than one hotel or book with more than one check-in date, please complete a separate booking form for each individual hotel and check-in date.

Making a Payment

Prepayment is neccessary and can be made by :

(a) Credit Card Payment

Payment by credit card can be made either by :

( i ) Secure Credit Card On-line Payment System :
	eHOTELBOOKING's on-line payment system is absolutely safe and is guaranteed by the Kasikorn Bank using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. All credit card information are transmitted to the bank's data transmission system and confidentiality is guaranteed by Kasikorn Bank. eHOTELBOOKING will not record any credit card data, hence, guaranteeing no misuse of your credit card. Only Visa and Mastercard credit cards are accepted through this system. As for Amex card holders, please use the special payment form below.

( ii ) Credit Card Payment Form for Amex Card :
	Payment by credit card payment form for Amex card. Please complete the form, print it and sign on the space provided. Please fax the completed form to us at (66 2) 325 0926. We will process your card manually with Amex.

Hotel Voucher

As soon as we have processed your payment we will send you the confirmation and Hotel Voucher by e-mail. Please print out the voucher and present it to the hotel reception upon check-in. Do not worry if you do not have a printer because the hotel has your booking details and will normally require only your passport when you check-in. But do write down the Reference Number printed in your Hotel Voucher. Please make sure you book with your passport name.

Cancellation & Amendment

Cancellation and amendment charges vary because hotels have different cancellation policies. These policies may vary from season to season and cancellation and amendment may not be permitted at all, especially during festive or conference periods. We will do our very best to negotiate with the hotel to keep the charges as low as possible.

To cancel or amend a booking please sent your request by e-mail to reservation@ehotelbooking.com or by fax to (66 2) 325 0926. Please do not send cancellation or amendment instructions to hotels because they will not be able to amend or issue refunds for these negotiated rates.

Our cancellation and amendment policy is as below:

If you cancel before the check-in date we will charge you 1 room night for each room booked.

If you fail to check-in and have not cancelled your booking, the hotel will charge for "no-show". This "no-show" charge can be 100% of your booking depending on the hotel and period booked.

Please note that apart from the cancellation charges, we will also levy an administrative fee of Baht 400 for every cancellation or amendment made.
