Cancellation & Changes in Bookings Cancellation
of bookings must be sent by fax only to (66) 2325 0926. Changes in bookings must
be sent by e-mail to reservation@ehotelbooking.com or by fax to (66) 2325 0926 . Please never send cancellation or booking changes
instructions to hotels. eHOTELBOOKING.com
will confirm your cancellation or booking changes by e-mail once the process
is completed.
DEADLINES,
CHARGES, TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION & CHANGES IN BOOKING

charge for changes in booking or cancellation order received by eHOTELBOOKING.com
at least 7 clear working days in advance (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public
holidays).
- A
charge of 5.5% on the total amount charged will be applied for changes in booking
or cancellation orders received by eHOTELBOOKING.com
at least 3 clear working days in advance (excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Public
holidays).
- A
charge of 5.5 % on the total amount plus the cost of the first room-night for
each room booked is applied for changes in booking cancellations made less than
3 clear working days in advance(excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Public holidays).
